Poor Post-Employment Support and Unresolved EPF Issues

My experience after leaving the organization has been disappointing. Following my resignation, I encountered issues with my EPF records, specifically related to pension contributions not being correctly reflected. Despite multiple follow-ups with the finance and HR teams over an extended period, the issue remained unresolved. While my technical experience at the company was valuable, the post-employment support and responsiveness regarding employee exit formalities could be significantly improved. Additionally, work-life balance, internal politics, and the nature of project assignments were areas that could have been better managed.

The work-life balance here is truly exceptional. Management genuinely respects your personal time—there is zero expectation to answer emails or pings after hours or over weekends. The company offers great PTO policies and actual flexibility with remote work, allowing you to manage life’s surprises without guilt. It is incredibly refreshing to work for an organization that understands happy, well-rested employees do the best work.

Career progression can sometimes feel a bit slow, as people tend to stay in their roles long-term because they love the culture.
