Cons

Really a bad choice, not a company to have a peaceful life. Full of fake pressure and again if you sustain and finish your task. No recognition it will be taken by some person close to manager. Full politics. 1 person is writing multiple reviews by creating fake id's. people be aware before you decide to pick offer.

There is none I have mention.

I had joined as a Senior Project Manager.You will be put at vendor location where you have no authority at all to drive. Altemetrik is never bothered about any issues you bring up and you have to struggle yourself with it.There is no point in joining as there is absolutely no career growth and no job satisfaction.Once you are released from the project you need to search another job outside.Would strongly recommend not to join.

1. Poor management 2. No process 3. Less/ no projects 4. Very Bad HR policies 5. Fake commitments and promises They hire you and place you at client place same as a contractual consulting firm. No respect from the hiring company they always discriminate and try to show your place and once you released from the project then all over. No guarantee of getting new project and you will be ask to leave the company. Please avoid this company if possible. Join as a last option if you don't have any opportunities.

Just to clarify we are not a consulting firm and yes we work with the fortune 500 customers and there would be need for our employees to be deputed at customer location. Altimetrik is a place for high performers who keep upskilling and add value to the company and themselves.
