1. Pathetic work life balance in the account were I was recruited. Was made to work for 12 hours on the second day!!! Team was working for 14-15 hours per day. I was bold enough to make decision to quit the organization within 2 days. 2. Work Culture is pathetic. Zero Process.. 3. Before giving a KT, they expect to deliver a solution for a huge problem within an hour. Too bad.. 4. Never join such organization without proper verification. Had to quit this organization within 2 days due to pathetic work life balance. 5. Lunch provided for the first day was too bad. They don't even know how to welcome the new joinees to the organization. 6. Team Lead was acting as if he knows everything, but in reality it is otherwise. 7. I had literally cried and regretted joining this organization, but now I am happy and I took the right decision to quit this organization at the early stage. 8. For one negative review in glassdoor, they have a trend of posting 2 fake positive reviews. Check for reviews - "No cons", "Management is doing great" etc.

CEO's eventual objective is sell the company. Organization is expanding - Quantitatively. Not, qualitatively. On-going business focus arbitrarily changes - Inorganic and unhealthy. HR being one of the biggest functions (team-size) is inefficient in certain aspects. Reckless spending (specifically on leadership travel, indulgence, etc) affects top-line. TOO many leaders or "heads" and very few followers or "hands" to execute leads to specific employees being taxed. Top-management "approvals" allow violations and set precedence for favouritism and personal favours; apparent to one and all. Working environment is unpleasant as employees end-up managing individuals and egos rather than business objectives and solutions.
