      Thanks Altimetrik for giving me an opportunity, good company but worst management.

      management is not employee friendly, they treat employees as dirt. it was very stressful most of the time i spent in Altimetrik

      Projects are good but to get a good manager leading the project would decide your tenure with company

      - Good pay - Flexible working hours - Good tech stack - Free Udemy platform to upgrade your skills

      Cons

      - 70% of projects are Fintech, banking projects so your work-life balance goes for toss. - You would me more favored if you are from Southern part of India, as most managers/senior managers are from that belt. - Promotions would mostly happen to those who are from Southern India community because of internal politics. - Lots of internal politics. - Have seen people getting fired who have spent 5, 10 years in the organization in short notice. Quite sick !

      Staffing company ,no cross training or project change option

      Pros

      Salary on time ,udemy free access, Top software industry clients base to work with like Intuit ,Citi , Salesforce etc as a Contractor(Offshore).

      Cons

      Staffing company concept hire for a project ,once assignment is completed you are done there is no cross skilling or bench policy. Staffing team is of no use can't even arrange a single interview Management is just for name sake like " act busy" .Once on boarded will have to work as a slave in client location ,as if client is god . Project done means count your last working day else HR will make it count . Before hiring will giving many fake promises but will take time to realise all were fake ,,,😀 HR will follow up & ask employee to give rating for best place to work. Lacks quality leaders/management,worst staffing team
