      Pros

      Banking industry, Payment industry projects. A lot of learning if not worked in banking and payment projects. Hybrid and flexible work environment. Higher CTC No work pressure Work life balance

      Cons

      Old legacy code when you come into a banking project. Will get higher CTC but appraisal will be low.

      I have completed 45 days at Altimetrik, and my experience so far has been very positive. From day one, the onboarding process was smooth, structured, and well-supported. The leadership and team members are approachable, professional, and always willing to help. Altimetrik truly emphasizes a strong engineering culture with a clear focus on quality, innovation, and customer impact. There is a good balance between ownership and collaboration, which encourages learning and growth. The work environment promotes transparency, respect, and trust, making it easy for new joiners to adapt quickly. I particularly appreciate the openness to ideas, modern engineering practices, and the opportunity to work on meaningful problems. The organization values continuous improvement, which reflects well in its processes and people.
