      Pros

      Type of question asked in interview was vary good, i thought they have talented people working with them. but that was a trap.

      Cons

      They show that they are very big, they have big plans for the company, always talks in big numbers. Shown me the office and every think to prove they are good, asked me for lunch juices everything. But companies are good due to people not because of building and infrastructure and facilities. So many HR people, all call one by one to convince and show big picture, Even I stay for few day and left after joining, IT people are greedy but not fool. Best place to work certificate displayed at receptions and a big screen which display all photos, do not get trapped. every single day was pain to stay there.

      Good company to work till you are in project

      Pros

      Salary as per market standard. No minimum working hours while you are in bench

      Cons

      Asked me to leave company after my project was over. It's like a consultancy company asking employees to relocate to client location(maybe to another part of country as per client) No job guarantee while you are out of project Will ask you to leave after project get over No proper projects to learn new technologies No skill mapping. Any one is assigned to any kind of projects They lost many big clients in last 1 year

      Incentives only.Now they have come up with more strict rules to stop it slowly.Nothing motivating other than that.

      Cons

      Real consultancy work, you can hear daily from managers when ever thy see you asking Always numbers,Joiners ,ROI and make u feel that u are a burden to company and will spoil your day.Doesn't makes you motivating. I don't mind to work but if the requirements are true and managerabhave interest in closing it.Here it will be like recruiters are hiring for there own company Need to facitate with all comfort for manager and panels.from food tea snacks too pathetic. Also get the blame for all sort of nonsense from heat Manager of TA.
