Pros

Good colleagues. Great culture, Although I didn't visit office yet. Good clients. Great Benefits. Good salary. Appreciate employees with awards i.e They just transfer the money to your account and that's great I guess. Transparent HR policies. Good Manager, Clients, HR, Colleagues, Process. Overall its a good company.

Cons

This is not a con but I would be very grateful if they provide permanent work from home opportunity.

Like the way company is operating and ramping up to a future which seems exciting. Good employee care policies Worklife balance Satellite offices so that you can work from nearby location

Cons

It takes a while to get into desirable role. Not much of on-site opportunities visible.
