      Pros

      Disappointed to see how they treat employees when they leave from company.

      Cons

      1. Company don't care about employees. 2. If we are in project safe or else don't bare at a month. 3. Cheated employees by not paying their own Earned leave money. Very disappointing when you work hard for the company and in return company cheat you by showing some policy and don't pay for your leaves.

      Pros

      The work culture and environment is really good. Yearly Hackathon and a emphasis on innovation is something you don't see everywhere. The HRs and most of the upper management are really helpful. Employees are taken care of and their concerns are heard and taken seriously. Quarterly feedback taken by the HR via a chatbot and the content is actually read and taken seriously if any concerns and is addressed quickly.

      Cons

      Even though we were constantly told by the upper management in frequent townhalls that our company was doing well even in this pandemic, the appraisal given was way below industry standards citing the reason as pandemic which was very ironic. My greatest concern is for their client Citibank and the number of people leaving just because of the client. Like every service company even though the work is being done on latest and cutting edge technologies, what the client asks for deadline wise and design wise is final. Citibank is one of the worst clients you can work for be it from any company. The Citibank employees don't give enough respect and treat the vendors are inferior people. Very short deadlines and too much work pressure at least for this client is making people resign and the management has not yet realized this I guess.
