Good Salary which company provides.

Cons

Not at all employee friendly. You will not get enough support from engineering team while on project. If you release from one project for next project the interview will 2 rounds in company level and minimum 3 rounds in client level. They are conducting interview before selecting in company and after that internal interview is also there. if you clear that's good otherwise look for next job which company will force you to put paper.
