      1. It is a good company to work with and grow with. 2. The clients are well reputed and there terms are good with Altimetrik 3. When you are not in any project still you can study and grow in any field you like

      Cons

      1. Join the company only if the client for which you are going for, has selected you otherwise it may happen you end up being not getting that client. 2. It can be difficult to get work on your desired domain in case of you want to work in new domain and u don't have experience.

      It is a great place to work. There will be a lot of learning involved. Be prepared. Also a fun place to work.
