      Pros

      I worked only in client side which was PayPal. They had HR exclusively in each site to take care of us. Even when there were lay offs in client side they gave us full support.

      Cons

      Less direct contacts with the employees at site.

      Very friendly and cool environment. CTC is good.

      Cons

      Working model. Most of the employees working as contractor in client office. Management dont have any control on client.

      Pros

      I have just joined Altimetrik but have been talking to them since Oct 2018. I have seen then grown since then and they have added very reputed names from the Fortune 500 list as their client base since Oct 2018. They have also grown in size. Regarding my candidature , they have been continuously talking t me to ensure that I was lost and that was a very good thing.

      Nothing as of now.
