      - Friendly mgmt & HR - Even the Sr. mgmt is accessible and they want to help - Excellent technology stack - dev + QA both - Great company for someone who likes to takes ownership and someone who would love to engage/interact with customers - No hand-holding as everyone is expected to be self learner and ready for challenging work - Company that believes in building products for customers with passion - Not a company for people who like to do timepass - serious about work, quality of work and commitment to customer - Free & Open culture - Excellent opportunity for those who would like to work directly with end clients.

      Cons

      - At time the project demands late hours - No daily cab facility - available only on weekends & late hours working - HR policies can be made better

      Pros

      Seeing lot of new strategic customers coming in. Banking and Payments and eCommerce engagements. Nice to see growth across Bangalore, Chennai and Pune. New leaders from Product Engineering companies joining us has given additional impetus on Delivery world. Lot of good noise around Playground. Looks very different and compelling.

      Marketing - both internal and external - needs to improve
