      Worst company I have ever worked for

      Pros

      CEO and President of India operations, both are the only plus point of this company. No other pros. They will pay you good salary because they are not able to get good candidates because of bad reviews and no brand name.

      Cons

      They do not have their work of their own, just a typical service based company. If you are looking for a vision to work in a company for 2+ years, never join this. It is good for staying for 1 year, increase your current package and then switch to a big company. You will always feel at risk here, nobody can answer what's next question here.

      “Glad to hear ….. While we respect your views, we wonder if it was an isolated experience. In a company that is growing at an excess of 60% year-on-year, re-investing a big chunk of its profits into creating IP including patents, there is no question of “what next”. We generate a good portion of our revenue from our IPs and solutions and on cutting-edge technologies including IoT and are far from being a regular services company. We are global, have development centers, design studios and innovation labs and are a confidently growing workforce.       You get to work at client's site.

      Cons

      Poor employee relations, no benefits, no paid holidays or vacation. Very stuck in India and not the US customs.

      Pros

      Good starting salary. If you are working at client site then fine.

      Cons

      Expect hike only if you are working on client site projects. If you are working in internal projects, then your career is at huge risk. Only those employees who are involved in dirty politics get attention and they only grow in this company. No place for those employees who are sincere and honest to work.
