1.Small company so good visibility 2.developers are well connected with the leadership team 3.Big clients good salary no variables

Cons

Most of the resources are outsourced and less projects driven only by Altimetrik on its own.

Very good learning experience and getting chance to get into new technology. Senior consultant are supporting in each and every moment and working as a team

Cons

There is no proper vision for new project. and setting idle for long time on bench.
