Pros

Healthy, competitive environment backed by right set of technologies and people level policies. Company has a clear vision of what works best for the people and for the business. My experience over the last 6 months has been pleasant with opportunities provided for learning and self-tuning, to become a better processional. You will see challenging yourself to be out of the comfort zone for good. Of all the positives, the People experience a.k.a the HR team and policies clearly stands out as one of the best in the industry.

You can provide your inputs to all stakeholders at any given time(Very Approachable) 5.Good Pay Master 6. Flexibility at work.(My manager does allow me option to work from home,al Managers can unless you are in client project) 7.Visibility for your work.

Pros

Before joining this organization I had gone through reviews here in Glassdoor and was disappointed by the comments. But still I chose to plunge into and try my luck. I joined here as a fresher and I feel happy taking the decision of joining here. Altimetrik trains there freshers in a different way unlike other big organizations. The process isnt that old pen and paper based training rather the freshers are given live projects in which they can entirely showcase their ideas along with their learnings. About the environment, it is an awesome place to work among such good colleagues. The flexibility of time is another good factor. People are really enthusiastic here. A great place to learn is all I can say

Cons

This company has less opportunity of on-site for developers.
