I began as a technical contributor and, over the past five years working on the Citi project, have grown into the role of **Senior Project Manager**, leading multiple teams and managing complex deliveries. The Citi project has consistently pushed me to excel, aligning perfectly with my workaholic nature and passion for problem-solving. What makes this journey truly special is the unwavering support from senior managers, leaders, and the incredibly humane and approachable HR and TA teams. It’s been a rewarding experience both professionally and personally.

      Cons

      While the Citi project is deeply engaging and rewarding, its demanding nature makes it challenging to consistently maintain fulfilling office presence. A slightly more flexible hybrid work model at Altimetrik could help better balance intense project responsibilities with personal well-being.
