      no pros no advantage just disadvantage

      dont waste your time to attend the altimetrik interview, cause they dont hire they just taking the interiview for getting project idea and collecting your sensitive documents and information.even after clearing two to three round means spending near about 3 hr and after that they told you that your positon is on hold.i mean seriously.

      There isn’t much positive feedback I can share at this point

      Cons

      The environment involves constant monitoring, with very little trust in developers’ judgment. Developers are not given ownership or freedom to make decisions. Managers are often unwilling to listen or understand developers’ challenges and blockers. There’s minimal empathy or discussion around workload or feasibility. Management frequently agrees to client timelines without consulting the development team. Developers are later pressured to deliver within those unrealistic deadlines. Contributions and extra efforts by developers go unrecognized. There’s no formal appreciation or acknowledgment system from management. Developers are expected to provide weekend support without any additional compensation. Work-life balance is severely affected. Team members are often required to attend late-night client calls. If a call is missed, it results in unnecessary escalation to HR instead of understanding the reason.

      Pros

      I worked at Altimetrik for 2 years. Just the wfh opportunity was good. nothing else.

      Cons

      If you have a project, then your job is safe. Once you are out of the project and have been on the bench for more than 20 days, they will release you immediately. And also, they have very limited projects. Appraisals are also delayed here.
