      Pros

      I'm with Altimetrik around 8 months and feel happy to be a part of this innovative company. They been very helpful and also I enjoyed my work. The support from the company was also very good and also the salary compensations and benefits are very good based on experience and capabilities. Overall I could say that I'm happy and helpful for my career growth. (A+++++). They provide wonderful cab service. They also maintain the good relations with there clients. For sure, I would recommend my company to my friends and all others. They provide good benefits too compared to all the other companies I worked.

      Not Good for career oriented people

      Pros

      Good for freshers. learn new technologies, if client allows you.

      Cons

      communication gap between client side employees and management. No salary hike, because of offshore employment. No technical of financial growth.
