Company is a manufacturing company which creates consistent revenue and business stability for employees

Cons

Culture is rigid and inflexible, with noticeable favoritism. Recognition often goes to “yes-men” rather than those demonstrating real skill, competence, or independent thinking. The so-called hybrid model is effectively four days in office and one day remote. Be cautious of micromanagement, favoritism, and limited meaningful support from leadership. The company frequently talks about change management and innovation, but in practice is very resistant to change

Good pay, some of the plant level team is great to work with. Autonomy is good too.

Cons

Long hours, leadership changed every 12 months for the last 4 years. Senior leadership was more concerned about the plant finnancial performance than their peoples wellbeing. Work life balance is absolutely trash. Will not endorse this place as a great place to work.

This one lead blames his issues on other people and also he’s doesn’t know ho to do his job , he has problems with every one but the rest of the leads are cool.
