Pros

Some good people work there but management overloads them until they leave. >30% turnover

Cons

Poor salary and benefits and work is not appreciated. Not enough resources to do the job

Pros

We've had a lot of training the last 2 years. I think everyone is on the same page. Plant Manager communicates our performance and projects and goals. More discipline and accountability for everyone. Working less hours and very few temps. Safety is #1.

Cons

Plant is too hot. Machines are running faster and we are working with less people. some employees still don't care, just want a paycheck.

Pros

There are great people that work there and the industry is competitive and the company is positioned well in the industry. There is good mobility and advancement for those that do a good job.

Cons

There was always constant pressure on costs and margin. The company had a bonus plan for many salaried staffers, but really never would pay out on it as the goals were beyond stretch goals most of the time. I only received one bonus in 5 years of employment there. There was a decidedly poor expenditure for R&M as well company-wide
