Pros

Great Pay for Supervisors, but they need to pay bonuses and for staying over for meetings

Cons

This company is the WORST!!!! Supervisors don't get paid for staying over extra hours , and they get blamed for EVERYTHING. OLD machines that do not produce good production. Lazy employees that don't want to work, short staffed and favoritism shown to family members. Supervisors need bonus pay for going the extra mile and working hard then the lazy employees. If you take vacation you have to find someone to work for you then in return you have to work extra days when you return.

Pros

There are no pros to this company.

Cons

Left hand doesn't know what right hand is doing. Too many chiefs, not enough Indians. Just a number in the company.
