I gained experience in manufacturing while improving my overall management skills. Employees are hard working and paid well compared to other companies

Cons

Inconsistent management, went through ten different plant managers in a span of four years. I was never considered for plant manager so I found another job

Not many pros. Some older EE's are good to work with. Plant management trying. Not easy with new generation of worker.

Cons

Benefits stink. Can not afford them. I see reviews that say how great the company is and think people are full of it. Obviously working in Atlanta and not at plants throughout the country. Bunch of bull
