Pros

There is no pros to this job

Cons

Management does not listen to you when something is wrong. The pay is terrible. Lazy workers get better jobs, because they can’t afford to lose people. Good workers get taken advantage of because they know they can do the work. They work almost every weekend.

Pros

Decent pay, but not enough to put up with the work environment.

Cons

They don't care about the employee or the customer. "Here to learn" and "nothing's going to change" they say, but it's all for show and EVERYTHING changes. Customer satisfaction goes from 97% to 50% in a matter of months. Ask employees questions just to ignore the answers. Cameras were put in for "safety purposes", but it was all so big brother could watch. Bonuses were taken away.
