Pros

The pay is excellent, even for beginners. there are several shift options available.

Cons

Floor managers are very unprofessional. They violate safety rules constantly , while strictly enforcing them on some individuals. Supervisors and leads focus more on interpersonal relationships than performance and/or potential.

Pros

There’s a 1/4 ratio of having a solid co worker

Cons

- micromanaged - A lot of anxiety amongst the SLT - The plants aren’t cohesive, some are good and some are really bad - Core Principals are a bit of joke, they speak a lot about them, but never acted upon.
