Pros
Decent benefits for the employees and their families.A clean working environment for the most part. We get safety cook out once in a while.
Cons
Very long working hours, before the current management was put in place. The employees opinions to help improve the customers view of our company did not matter, thats why the plant is closing. No communication from upper management to the employees. Having to wear those hot bump caps in the summer. Most of the equipment is junk brought from other companys that they have bought and ran into the ground. Enough said.
