Pros

Zynex has a good base salary and the company mission is easy to get behind. Who doesn't want to help give relief to people in physical pain? Also, because of the high turnover rate, it is easy to move up within the organization if you stick around.

Cons

Toxic inner company politics. Cut-throat "yes-man" culture that does not respect bringing issues to the table to help improve the company. Not a lot of room for individuality or new ideas. High turnover of both management and individual contributors. Lack of flexibility with work hours and working from home.

Compared to other jobs I have had - Zynex really tries to make employees feel valued, happy, and safe at work. Safe meaning - you feel at home and like you can talk to supervisors about issues you are having and they will actually be taken seriously. Zynex puts a lot of effort into making employees feel valued by there superiors - and not just in anyway, but in a ways that matter to the employee - AND THEY ACTUALLY FOLLOW UP AND TAKE THIS SERIOSLY. Vending machines have a great selection, I constantly see people being promoted and appreciated and the CEO plays music LOUD, which is an awesome break in the day.

Pros

Zynex is very supportive. They provide an abundance of training along with other resources to be successful in your role. They truly care about each employee and have a great benefits package. Entry-level pay is top-notch! There are tons of employee appreciation events and packages sent to us at home at times. If you work hard, there are opportunities to advance in the company. The people are very friendly, positive and willing to help.

Cons

Nothing really is a con, but we could always use more employees.
