Been with the company for 1 week. Training was very well organized and so far, I can tell zynex prides themselves on teamwork and support. Been very impressed so far.

So many positive reviews for such a high turnover rate

Pros

Good place to get your feet wet in the healthcare industry. Great co workers. If you suck up to your manager you can move up quick.

Cons

Ineffective leadership and management. Supervisors have no idea how to run a team. Toxic work environment that could care less about their employees. No raises.

The point about raises is confusing, as we have a Career Track laid out for each department with clear raises for each advancement. Pros

Zynex has a good base salary and the company mission is easy to get behind. Who doesn't want to help give relief to people in physical pain? Also, because of the high turnover rate, it is easy to move up within the organization if you stick around.

Cons

Toxic inner company politics. Cut-throat "yes-man" culture that does not respect bringing issues to the table to help improve the company. Not a lot of room for individuality or new ideas. High turnover of both management and individual contributors. Lack of flexibility with work hours and working from home.
