      Good foot in the door not great long term

      Pros

      Easy to get hired. Good way to get into medical sales

      Cons

      Poor management. High rate of turnover. Hard to get in contact with departments. Units are not covered by insurance. Information is left out to sales reps in order to make sale

While no company can guarantee insurance coverage on their products, we have a large billing department dedicated to ensuring our patients get the best coverage possible based on their plan. As a fast growing company we we know that supporting our Sales Force is critical. We are consistently improving our internal processes and have recently hired 15 Regional Sales Managers to ensure Territory Managers have the support they need in the field to be successful.       Wish I could give negative star review

      Pros

      I loved my co workers and we all had a great time working together. We would get together outside of the office and we all truly enjoyed hanging out with one another. I miss my co workers.

      Cons

      If management does not like you, there will be a target on your back. I watched the most qualified people who were producing top numbers be “let go” because their visions were no longer lined up with the company’s. How can the top regional sales manager who has produced the best numbers be let go? If you are looking to advance or work your way up at a company this is not the place to do so. I am a registered nurse and started here with the intention to become a sales rep and help fight against the opioid epidemic. Which is aligned with their vision. However when I interviewed for the promotion I did not hear back from anyone for over 2 weeks. I had to reach out multiple times, and when I did hear that I was not a good fit they told me I could communicate with them as to why I wasn’t and they would provide feedback on how to improve. When reaching out for this advice I never heard back. I was a current employer when all of this happened. That’s how they treated their employee. I am not bitter about not being promoted to sales rep, I am irritated that no feedback was provided and that I was basically told no promotion was possible.

      Work-life balance, team that's genuinely interested to improve the quality of life for patients, opportunity to be a part of something bigger by offering EFFECTIVE NON-PHARMACOLOGICAL products, fair patient plans to purchase product regardless of insurance coverage.

      Cons

      Low compensation, no company-provided vehicle or home office equipment, less than one-half day of training - which leads to unreliable info re: specific insurance coverage, limited knowledge of product applications, billing challenges, understanding how the whole process flows
