Pros

manageable hours. typical benefits. wellness program. Good location. OT . Multiple raises.

Cons

Downsizing building space to save money. Employees are disposable. Laid off due to Restructuring before holidays. This company is severely lacking when it comes to leadership, ethics, integrity, and employee development!! They will terminate one's employment on a whim with no remorse, whether they've worked there for 10 days or 10 years. lack of experience/leadership at upper mgmt level.

2014 was a tough year for Zynex. It is no surprise that employees who were part of the layoff were upset and used Glassdoor to vent their frustrations. The pros on this review are still present. The cons have and are still being improved upon. Employees are valuable. Our supervisors are getting more 1:1 training. Executive Leadership has always been top notch --as only great leaders know how to survive the kind of challenges we had in 2014! It's hard to make sense of that when you are being laid off. We appreciate the time and efforts everyone put in, even through those tough times 2014.

Yes, if employees choose not to go to management to address concerns directly it is often "too late" because they leave rather than push through an issue. Today, so much has changed. Zynex is a solid company - press releases will give you more information about this. Sad that employees who were part of a large lay off choose Glassdoor to vent their frustrations but that is to be expected. The pros outlined here are all still par too the Zynex culture in addition to employee appreciate events, PTO, great health/dental/vision benefits as well as 401k. We wish those that were part of that difficult time in the company's past well and hope that they have found a great place to work!

Pros

Good health insurance benefits and wellness program.

Cons

Very little communication from upper management and between departments. Most employees did not know what was going on in other departments and blamed each other for challenges. Many rounds of layoffs after the CEO promised there would only be one group layoff.

Again 2014 was a tough period for the company. Communication was a challenge and many improvements have been made to improve morale and communication across departments. It comes as no surprise that employees were upset with the layoffs/restructuring. We sincerely wish there would have been another way. And wish all of those who were a part of that period the best in their career endeavors.
