Pros
Don't have much positive to share. The CEO once stated that they weren't gonna give the employs anything for Christmas. But if they did it would be a $2 McDonalds gift card. Meanwhile the CEO Drives his McLaren to work and the Executives walk around in Louboutin shoes. its insulting and they honestly need to have a reconning
Cons
This company used to be amazing. They used to care about their employees. But I'm not sure if something switched with leadership or what. But they started doing very sketchy things that are not in the best interest of their employees. They are currently trying to push employees out by causing them to commit unobtainable numbers and metrics. I'm not sure if they are under some weird financial trouble or what. When i first started working their they had a lot of the employees leave "good" reviews for their time working there even though they just started working there that week. I think they need to be evaluated as a company once again.
