      Pros

      The improvements they've made to promote a team environment and inclusivity have made Zynex a great place to work. There are constant career advancement opportunities and a nice benefit package. The changes in both the executive leadership team and management has led to the development of a cohesive team. The addition of the Linked in Learning classes has also allowed us to continue our education in almost any subject and promote self-development. The current team I am on is the best so far, the work we do ever day helps our patients in pain and leads to feeling fulfilled. I look forward to being in the office almost every day and excited about our future.

      Cons

      In the past there was a constant fear that you would be fired, no matter how hard you worked. Management has really worked hard in the last year to give employees promotion opportunities, make sure they feel appreciated, and to provide an inclusive work environment. There are definitely improvements they could make in building wide events (covid has postponed all company wide events), but they are going in the right direction.

      The team is awesome in Oklahoma

      Cons

      Zynex makes you scrub your own lead list that has 5yo information, no CRM, no historical data to show market share-not that they care, and give unrealistic quotas. Salary is not "uncapped" and order fulfillment teams let your orders set for 6 months or more.

To additionally assist with employee concerns, we have implemented the Employee Help Desk for employees to submit their suggestions anonymously.
