Pros

None, the position pays nothing and accounts for no sales credit for Medicare/Medicaid claims yet your continued employment hinges on making GREAT company if you like to work hard for no credit on sales.

Cons

No credit for Medicare/Medicaid sales but you work just as hard for those sales. You'll get fired within a few weeks with no warning if you miss quota!

An absolute joke

Pros

Free food (terrible quality) Coworkers are nice

Cons

Pay doesn’t match cost of living. Multiple coworkers have to live over an hour away cause they can’t afford to live in city. Job should be remote or at very least hybrid but 100% in office for no good reason. If there is dangerous weather like a snow storm you are still expected to risk your safety to go into office when it could be remote. The only incentive are fake dollars that can only be used to buy zynex clothing. And the best thing that has happened so far: quarter one of 2024 this company will pull in over 47.5 million dollars and the way they decided to “reward” staff is to allow casual dress for two weeks. An absolute *expletive* joke!! This place treats its people like garbage. I have watched multiple people quit for how bad they are treated. This is another company completely content with letting people leave instead of making any adjustments. Nobody should work at zynex. They don’t deserve it.
