      Pros

      I have only interacted with positive and respectful and motivated people at Zynex. Everyone from other territory managers like myself, to the COO and other higher level managers that I’ve met - they are all very easy to talk to, transparent, and seem like they really care about the company culture and how employees, patients, and providers are treated. As I was touring headquarters in Denver, Colorado, I noticed that their young and energetic workforce were happy, had great amenities, and even had nice ergonomic work spaces. Super impressed so far!

      I honestly haven’t experienced any cons so far. My job as a territory manager is challenging but very rewarding as I help patients who are in pain and educate providers about how much our products can help people who are hurting.

      There are so many pros to working for this company. The culture is next to none. It is so wonderful working with likeminded individuals. Our mission is everything, and every single person that works for the company diligently fights the opioid crisis everyday. The company has a patient centric focus. It is ALL about the patients. Zynex priorities pain over payment which says A LOT, they truly have the patients best interest at hand. There is no micromanagement, it is just expected that you will do your job, and that you will do it well. It will be very noticeable if you don’t. You get to grow your own business, and at the end of the day you get to choose what you want your paycheck to look like. We are changing lives every day, and it is such a wonderful feeling!
