The team is filled with aviation enthusiasts who have come from a wide variety of backgrounds and careers. The company makes sure that all employees get along and are able to work together. Senior team members are very accessible and accommodating. The company itself is one of very few that specializes in the aviation and aerospace industry. A lot of opportunities to work closely and side-by-side with experienced managing directors.
Cons
Working hours tend to be long. Small company means a lot of work distributed to a limited number of people, and thus most employees are nearly always occupied with projects.
