Leadership, including Jason, lacks self-awareness and prioritizes personal image over company growth. Success is based more on pleasing management than actual performance, which creates a demotivating environment. The company’s stated values don’t align with its actions. The CEO’s “all-hands” speeches are painfully repetitive, often telling the same story over and over without adding any real value or direction. It’s exhausting and feels like a broken record. The old CTO just ran away from it.

Good pay, decent benefits. Having remote opportunities was a plus.

Cons

Most of upper management is completely incompetent with decision making and they make decisions that directly affect the rest of the company in mostly negative ways. No evidence is shown how they arrive at these decisions, and you’ll be earmarked for speaking out against it.
