Everything, they are CRIMINALS of highest level. They are bunch of liers and cheats. 30th April was my last day and I was promised that if I submit my IT assets, i will get my salary. BUT THESE CRIMINALS DID NOT, I WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION, DRAG THEM TO THE COURT I did not even serve the notice period, so there is no point of Fnf but they disturbed my mental peace and made me feel RIDICULOUS. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY AT ANY COST. ITS BETTER TO BEG ON STREETS THAN JOINING THEM. IT WAS THE HUGE MISTAKE OF MY LIFE

Great platform and exposure for quick learners

Pros

From onboarding till date the experience has been enriching. I've worked directly with the senior management(CEO, SVPs, VPs) they value their resources and never step back in sharing knowledge and expertise. I've always found them empathetic while working with them. At this stage of my career, all I wanted the maximum face time with the SMEs to gain expertise in the domain. Yes, every organization passes through a bad phase, and there was a time when Altudo was going through a trough. But since the last few months, the company is in the growth trajectory; they've hired excellent people, salaries are on time, overall they've built back a better culture than ever. The effort that management has put in to make their resources feel valued motivated me to write this.

Cons

Infrastructure could be better. Nothing much as yet.
