Pros
1. You get a timely salary on the last day of the month. 2. HR head is very supportive, can't say much about the rest of the HR team. 3. The Sitecore projects are good here and you would be getting a lot of learning opportunities here. 4. They are constantly ready to update, full feedback cycle which is very good.
Cons
1.The office is at a good location but might not be too supportive if you were not hired as WFH originally(had to go to office twice even in pandemic for solving projects' trivial matters) 2. If you are working, mistakes are a given; Be sure to get blamed for actually doing the work! 3. People especially in management side are not working actually; just attending meetings; they should also know how to do basic data extraction.
