I recently tested positive for Covid-19. The virus reached our door but by the grace of God and good wishes of my family & friends, I recovered and doing fine now.
But, it was unimaginable to tide through these tough times without the support of my peers and my company Altudo. They supported me throughout the period and provided all the necessary assistance like providing healthcare from doctors to help from councellors and paid leaves. Was made to feel a part of the family and will be always obliged for the support i got.
Empathy is one of Altudo’s core value and I experienced it first hand during this difficult times. Those 14 days passed with an ease because I was showered with love and care from the people including my manager, HR team and my other team members.The constant support and never ending efforts helped me in easing past the bad times.
Always a nice feel to work in an environment where you are part of the family.
