      Pros

      Good salary and benefits. Able to WFH one day per week. Flexible hours. Good systems (SAP).

      Cons

      Poor leadership, old products, slow to market with new products. Can be very political. Poor communication between supply chain and commercial team.

      A great mix of nationalities Monthly events

      Cons

      Old school Management who monitors your time constantly, don't treat you like an asset instead they call you an expense! There are always a few bad apples, hopefully one of them will not be your boss.
