      Pros

      Good salary and benefits. Able to WFH one day per week. Flexible hours. Good systems (SAP).

      Cons

      Poor leadership, old products, slow to market with new products. Can be very political. Poor communication between supply chain and commercial team.

      Pros

      Vacation time is very generous and it’s a good company for fresh students to get their feet wet

      Cons

      Everything else is wrong. No adequate training, you never get a positive feedback, and they lay you off no matter how much you have contributed to their portfolios
