      Pros

      There are some great people in mid management and staff roles who are overworked and under appreciated. The company has good benefits and a European holiday schedule (11 days).

      Cons

      Poor performing company losing money hand over fist. Terrible management team whose incompetence was only matched by their arrogance. The US CFO was literally the most toxic person I could ever imagine working for.

      Vacation time is very generous and it’s a good company for fresh students to get their feet wet

      Cons

      Everything else is wrong. No adequate training, you never get a positive feedback, and they lay you off no matter how much you have contributed to their portfolios
