Business Outlook
Pros
The company offers additional perks apart from the usual ones in the industry (ex: a day off for your birthday) and continous self-improvement is encouraged, with annual training options provided. It's a great working environment, especially thanks to the people in my team. Bottom line, it's a great place to grow and develop.
Cons
The open-office environment can become very distracting and quite loud, and as a result, it can really hurt productivity sometimes. I find this to be the main disadvantage/area that needs improvement.
