Pros

The people at Alyce are so welcoming and friendly. The management does not micro-manage at all, they really care about doing a good job and taking care of their employees and growing a wonderful company.

Cons

The health benefits are not the best (although they are addressing that.) Also they are a smaller startup so that's somewhat to be expected. I would not consider this as a real negative or con but I had to put something.

Pros

In my 10+ years in Boston tech, this is the best culture I've had the privilege to be a part of. The people are smart, driven, and kind. Every day I'm happy to show up and see my teammates. Oh, and our customers love our product :)

Cons

Excited to move into a big office that we can fit in, but that's in July (and the new office is awesome), so we'll make do.

Pros

As soon as I started speaking to the people here I noticed their passion was evident for the company, the values behind the product, and the product itself. This is a truly diverse, unique, and very special startup amongst the software sales landscape that Boston has recently become. The focus on the customers, the work/life balance, and general attitude of transparency and communication throughout the company is like nothing I have ever seen.

Cons

Crowded office, but we're moving.
