Pros
Coming from a larger corporate/tech company, Alyce has converted me into the start-up life almost indefinitely. I'm so happy to find Alyce because not only does the company overall tries to stick to its value, they are values you can get behind and feel good about the work you're doing. To be surrounded by such talented, intelligent, passionate and caring people really helps motivates you as an IC. Everyone is working towards the same goal, and because we're such an early point in the company, everything you do has a major impact. Everyone also tries to actively better themselves as employees and as people -- and to me that are signs of genuinely good people.
Cons
As with any startup, you have to be okay with moving super fast and be okay with being imperfect in order to get results quick.
