Pros

I actually enjoy coming to work every day. There is a huge emphasis on maintaining a positive culture and everyone's input is taken into consideration. It is definitely a work hard play hard environment and super fast paced. Overall, this company rocks!

Unlimited PTO No micromanagement Decent benefits

Cons

Claim to be transparent but completely false. Claimed layoffs weren’t happening only to layoff a ton of ppl with no warning. Completely disjointed and inexperienced mid managers and some senior leaders. A real gap in communication and clear expectations or goals.

Pros

Everyone has the same goal of building true relationships in B2B, so you're not given a map to follow, you're simply enabled to draw your own. This makes the work environment one of cross-functional talent, truly creative collaboration, and seemingly endless laughs.

Cons

With little onboarding/training, it is very much a self-starter company. To succeed, you must be able to work without strict guidance and manage yourself accordingly.
