Pros

if you never worked for an American company, but want to know how it could potentially look like (in a diet version) - go there

Cons

Amrest scales up their business by buying licenses in under-developed yet growing markets (mainly East Europe), then bringing in their IT and Operations know-how, aggressivel pushing sales force and management teams to high performance, while under-investing in brand/marketing ... and putting all around a shiny value-based culture , inspired from American FMCG's ... while paying super-low salaries, the top mgt cashes out big on their stock option plans

Cons

No processes, no organization, so you feeling a bit lost, promotion possible but process really weird including internal exam. No founding for external courses.
