AmTrust has a very special culture that makes you want to be here. For one of the largest small business insurers in the country, AmTrust operates like a nimble startup, with a genuine entrepreneurial spirit to win - and it's why we are! Very fun culture to be a part of.

Cons

There are areas where systems or processes are outdated, but leadership is completely receptive to reshaping them - I have no concerns that won't be fixed.

Cons

Upper management doesn't seem to either listen or understand how their decisions MAJORLY affect those further down the chain. Training is severely lacking, all changes and decisions seem to be done at the last minute with little to no thought of how those of us that actually do the work that keeps the company running and making Leadership all the money, have to go through. The words "we understand" are words - as we know, actions speak louder.

Systems can give you issues at times and make it difficult to get work done.
