Pros
there is no dress code, 24 leaves per every year, you might get 4 weeks to max of 12 weeks onsite in your lifetime, min time spend in office is 5 hrs, free food, snacks.
Cons
Even though product based company, the behaviour is like services only (counter part team behaves as client and we should abide with their decisions), you should be open to work on any technology(java to etl, dwh to c++, andriod to javascript), projects will migrate to other technology with in no time and you should be able to work on any technology(without your prior background), each division will behave as their own company and very diff to get cross functional KT
