Good place for functional knowledge in Airline domain

Pros

The place provides ample opportunity to learn about Travel domain and Airline domain in particular. Of course, it depends on how you utilize these opportunities as they don't come straight forward. But for people who are with their eyes and ears open, there is lot to learn here. And the company policies are also very employee friendly. Be it the free food three times a day, subsidized travel or the allowances given during foreign trips. Believe me, they provide free accommodation and breakfast in one of the best service apartments/hotels during foreign trips.

Cons

It is quite lenient with non performers. Though the hikes are good, all types of performers get good hikes which I think is not correctly rewarding the meritorious.
