      Great Work Environment & HR but mediocre work, Dubai office

      Pros

      competitive salary great HR policies that give mutual respect to both parties mutually agreed on deadlines, no staying past working hours

      Cons

      very tough client mediocre tasks, this is the biggest bummer you feel unsatisfied with your job technically incapable management waterfall model and not agile limited working opportunities in Dubai office and in Dubai in general

      Pros

      Hard working foot soldiers, flexibility in work life. Previously a wonderful place to work. Pros are becoming very few to talk about anymore. Cons seriously outweigh pros.

      Cons

      The UK is in such a mess, senior team are driving a work environment of fear, no help from HR they are also to frightened to address. Staff have no direction no one knows what they are doing and just survive daily, the morale has never been lower. No possibility to voice concerns HQ do not care what is happening and distance themselves.
